The facility will operate on concrete or <br /> asphalt-concrete. <br /> Surface water runoff, including all process water, will be directed to a onsite retention <br /> basin by use of grading design, drain pipes, and drainage ditches, where it will be <br /> properly treated, if necessary, to eliminate potential environmental impacts. Water will <br /> be pumped from the retention basin for facility use in operations, including fire and dust <br /> control. <br /> t <br /> The retention basin has been designed (see calculations in Appendix D) to retain all <br /> surface water runoff resulting from a 100-year, 24-hour storm event.
