N) An approved hazardous maul storage locker shall be provided at the facility for storage of hazardous wastes discovered as a result of load screening and praxssing. 0) Specific operational standards which this site must meet are as follows: 1) Litter must be controlled at all times on site. 2) The windrows will be turned as fivquendy as necessary to prevent anaerobic dagradation and migration of unpleasant odors.
