This project involves creating 3 <br /> parcels from 9 existing parcels totaling 730 acres. The project site is located north of Vernalis <br /> Road and west of Chrisman Road; west of Tracy. <br /> Any future structure(s)may require the conversion of Agriculture and Natural habitats and as <br /> such should condition the project applicant(s)to participate iu the SJMSCP. <br /> If you have any questions,please give me a call at(209) 468-3913. <br />
