A qualified biologist should conduct
surveys at the appropriate time of year to determine if listed species or wetlands occur
in the project area. Surveys should meet the state and federal protocol standards..
If right of way is being dedicated to Caltrans, the applicant is required to submit a
copy of Attachment A, confirming that the land to be dedicated to Caltrans is free of
hazardous waste.
