APNs: 019-220-14 and 019-220-27 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. <br /> Mackville Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The excavation plan shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer and shall include the following: <br /> (a) A detail of the access road(the first 100 feet from Mackville Road shall be paved). <br /> (b) The final grading plan/drainage provision. <br /> (c) The boundaries and quantities of excavation of each phase and direction of excavation. <br /> (d) The stockpile area for topsoil. <br /> (e) Haul route. <br /> 2. The loads on all public roads shall be restricted to legal loads only. <br /> (Street and Highway Title Section 10-2350) <br />
