RECLAMATION PLAN <br /> George Reed, Inc. <br /> Page Three <br /> The environmental impacts to the County Park located north of the project site is not <br /> significant due to the 2500' abutment to the park, which is minimal in comparison with <br /> the total project. Most patrons use the park on weekends or evenings during the summer <br /> when there is no activity within the project area. Most people visiting the park are <br /> utilizing the north area of the park along the river and away from the project activity <br /> when excavation occurs. Excavation of five acres along the park boundary should <br /> take approximately 6 months of the total 10 year project which is not a significant <br /> impact in evaluating the total project. With dust control, required noise levels on <br /> equipment, the 25' setback and required slopes; impacts to the park from the <br /> project activity should be less than significant. <br /> U.
