Martin <br /> 23521 and 23405 N. Mackville Road, Clements <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Title Section 10100). <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Final <br /> Map. Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. (Planning Title <br /> Section 9-10100-05). &._� 171� <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on parcel #1 , #2, 4 and <br /> #4 under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcel #1 , #2, i and #4 <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5- <br /> 4100). <br /> e.
