Tosch <br /> Civil Engineer <br /> CE#14644 <br /> 1229 Goldenoak Way <br /> Stockton, CA 95209 <br /> Phone: (209)478-4606 <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: To subdivide a 110.77 acre parcel into four parcels and a <br /> remainder. Two parcels are to be 20.05 acres each, one parcel is to be 20.11 acres and one <br /> parcel is to be 47.46 acres. The remainder is to be 3.10 acres. <br /> TEST RESULTS: Parcel No. 1 and Parcel No. 2 -Percolation rate of 30 minutes per <br /> inch. <br /> Parcel No. 3 and Parcel No. 4 -Percolation rate of 60 minutes per <br /> inch. <br /> Water Analysis: Older Domestic Well -nitrate 0.9 mg/L, DBCP not <br /> detected. Also the new well which was installed in February 1995 <br /> was tested at that time for DBCP. DBCP was not detected. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> Parcel No. 1 and Parcel No. 2 -Leach lines with 10,000 Sq. Ft. <br /> minimum usable disposal area is recommended. <br /> Parcel No. 3 - It is recommended that 12,000 Sq. Ft. be set aside <br /> for any possible additions to the existing septic system. <br /> Parcel No. 4 -Leach lines with 12,000 Sq. Ft. minimum usable <br /> disposal area is recommended. <br /> -1- <br />
