Queirolo and Darrel Merritt Property located at 23405 <br /> 'Nackvlle Road, Clements, CA 95227, <br /> Existing Septic Systems: <br /> Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed for the area in the <br /> immediate vicinity of the subject property. <br /> One permit was found. This permit was for the property located at 23418 <br /> Mackvlle Road. This was a repair. A seepage pit was added. <br /> Existing Use: There are two homes on the property. The remainder is in row crops or <br /> native grass. <br /> Percolation Tests: <br /> Four percolation tests were performed in conformance with the percolation <br /> tests procedures outlined in the"Manual Septic Tank Practice", published <br /> by the U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare and per <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Local Health District, <br /> On June 30. and July 1, 1997 four percolation tests were performed by me <br /> on the above referenced property in conformance with the San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance No. 549. The approximate location of the test holes are <br /> shown on the accompanying detail map. <br />
