PG&E owns and maintains a 12 kV/60 kV pole line along the northwesterly side of the subject <br /> parcel. Access to the poles shall be maintained during the quarry excavation. The cost of any <br /> relocation of this pole line shall be at the permit applicant's expense. <br /> b.
