CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1600260 <br /> OLSON/SHOUP <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application no. PA-1600190 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on December 23, 2016, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. This approval will expire on June 24, 2018, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Mo Hatef, (209)468-8477) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the <br /> revised site plan dated November 7, 2016. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4' <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contract and shall <br /> enter into a new contract prior to recording the "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment". The "Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment" shall not be recorded until the Williamson Act Contract application has been <br /> deemed complete. Filing Fees are required for this application.
