The property is located at the southwest corner of Mackville
and Liberty Roads, north of Clements in San Joaquin County, California. A plot plan and
vicinity map showing the approximate location of the property are presented on Plate I of this
report.
A preliminary plan provided to our firm indicates that the approximate 161-acre property will
be split into five parcels of approximately 21h to 61 acres each. A residence, septic system, and
well are located on the proposed parcel 1, and we have assumed that they will remain. We have
also assumed that any construction on the remaining four proposed parcels will be limited to one
single-family residence and one septic system per parcel. Additional details of the proposed
project are not known to our firm at this time.
This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as described in Ordinance No. 3323,
Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 9-10100, Item C. Our scope of services was outlined in our
proposal dated September 18, 1992. Our services were initiated based on your written
authorization of September 24, 1992. The items listed under Item C of the above ordinance are
listed below, along with our responses.
ITEMS C-1 AND C-4:
"The intensity and extent of the existing and the proposed development on septic tanks within
and around the area;" (C-1).
