CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-02-191 <br /> Gideon, et al. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-02-191 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on May 31, 2002,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on November 30, 2003, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County` <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Kimberly Wallace, 468-3228) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Site Plan dated <br /> May 3, 2002. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyors Division for review and forwarding to the Community I <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9872.4) <br /> c. SECONDARY ACCESS: Any further residential development on Parcels 1 or 2 will require <br /> secondary access.
