Mackville Road, Clements <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the <br /> area is <br /> le for septic tank <br /> e. This must be <br /> Map/Certificate of Compliance (San Joaquin County Development Titleed prior to ,ordation f Parcel <br /> Section 9 <br /> 1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental <br /> Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map/Certificate of Compliance. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> C. Waste tires must be stored, removed, and transported to an approved landfill in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> D. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
