CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-99-50 <br /> Harris,et al <br /> Lot.Line Adjustment Application No.LA-99-50 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on October 15,1999,which is the effective date of approval <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on April 15, 2001, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> i <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jeff Fisher,468-9653) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Richard Hieb,468-3000) <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or fines are set, a Record of Survey is required. The new <br /> legal descriptions shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal descriptions must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps or gaps. <br />
