Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed <br /> four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., <br /> Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> F. Install an approved back-flow prevention device on the water supply system(s) <br /> (California Code of Regulation, Title 17, Section 7603). <br /> G. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored,removed and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br />
