The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$1,357.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of <br /> building designated as Service Commercial in the Manteca area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record.) (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 4. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 5. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met <br /> the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one(1) acre of soil shall require a <br /> State NPDES construction permit. <br /> City of Lathrop prepared an Interchange Feasibility Study for a future expansion of the Yosemite <br /> Avenue/Gunthmiller Interchange.
