The residents <br /> of Lathrop pay for street maintenance caused by traffic generated in the County. There <br /> is a significant additional impact that the proposed development will.generate on <br /> Yosemite Avenue, McKinley Avenue and D' Arcy Parkway. The City of Lathrop <br /> requests that a Mitigated Negative Declaration be prepared to address all <br /> environmental related impacts. The City of Lathrop is also requesting that a traffic <br /> study be prepared to appropriately address all traffic related impacts,including the <br /> circulation system. <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this project.
