LATE REVISIONS <br /> FOR <br /> CITY OF LATHROP AND CROSSROADS SANITARY CORPORATION <br /> TENTATIVE WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> June 17, 1994 <br /> Findings <br /> Finding No. 6 will be changed to the following: <br /> This Order will establish requirements for the Phase I - Phase III flow and disposal <br /> capacities. <br /> Discharge Specification <br /> Discharge specification B.1. will be changed to the following: <br /> The monthly average dry weather discharge flow shall not exceed the Phase I disposal flow <br /> of 0.2 million gallons/day. Upon construction completion of the Phase 11 disposal ponds, <br /> the monthly average dry weather discharge flow shall not exceed 0.4 mgd. Upon <br /> construction completion of the Phase III disposal ponds, the monthly average dry weather <br /> discharge shall not exceed 0.6 mgd. <br /> Provision <br /> The following new Provision E.15. will be added: <br /> Before exceeding the average dry weather flow of a construction phase, the Discharger <br /> shall submit a certification signed by a California registered civil engineer,certifying that <br /> the wastewater disposal pond construction has been completed for the next phase and that <br /> the plant is capable of meeting waste discharge requirements for the higher average dry <br /> weather flows. <br /> Information Sheet <br /> The first sentence of the second paragraph of the Information Sheet will be changed to the <br /> following: <br /> These Waste Discharge Requirements will allow discharge and disposal for the anticipated <br /> flows associated with all phases of the construction efforts. <br />
