Magnolia Ave. , Escalon <br /> Attn: L. Goold <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of final map or letter of approval indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to <br /> recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken <br /> and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. On parcels ,J2, 3 and 4 construct an individual sewage disposal <br /> system(s) under a permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. On parcels #2, 3 and 4 construction of an individual domestic <br /> water well under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> e. With the approval and recording of the final map for this Minor <br /> Subdivision it will severely limit the total number of cows <br /> that parcel 11 will be allowed as a permitted dairy operation. <br /> The number of dairy animals per acre shall not exceed an amount <br /> which would preclude good waste management practices. <br /> Applicant is to contact the Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board regarding filing a Waste Management <br /> Report to be approved by Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board and the Environmental Health Division. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services '�: j <br />
