Revised Conditions of Approval <br /> MS-92-0214 <br /> Page 2 <br /> frontage improvements for Fine Road shall be constructed <br /> in conformance with the standards for on-half of a 50 <br /> foot right-of-way rural road. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by <br /> the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their <br /> estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Parcel Map. (A $260. 00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing per Development Title Table 9-240 . 2 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed legal description <br /> of Parcels 1 & 2 and an estimate for the required <br /> frontage improvements The estimate and legal <br /> description shall be prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be <br /> supplied by the Public Works Department and submitted to <br /> the Public Works Department for approval .
