Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision <br /> Map Act Section 66411. 1) <br /> g. The access road for Parcels 2 & 3 and turn-around shall <br /> be improved in accordance with the requirements of the <br /> Uniform Fire Code Section 10. 207 and the Escalon Fire <br /> District. (Planning Title Section 9-9422) <br /> h. A non-exclusive access easement shall be granted over the <br /> area used for access in Recommendation "g" above with the <br /> two temporary turn-arounds combined into one. (Planning <br /> Title Section 9-9204 , 9-9380) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a . A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. On Parcels 2 , 3 , and 4 construct an individual sewage <br /> disposal system under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. On Parcels 2 , 3 , and 4 construct an individual domestic <br /> water well under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> e. With the approval and recording of the Parcel Map for <br /> this Minor Subdivision it will severely limit the total <br /> number of cows that Parcel 1 will be allowed. The number <br /> of animals per acre shall not exceed an amount which <br /> would preclude good waste management practices. <br /> Applicant is to contact the Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board regarding filing a Waste Management <br /> Report to be approved by Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board and the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br />
