Magnolia Road, Escalon <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> ` a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> (� Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP), nitrates, and E.D.B. prior to recordation of the <br /> Final Map. Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division as follows: Install double backflow prevention valves on <br /> irrigation well pump discharge, or re-plumb pump discharge over top of <br /> standpipe to allow an air gap twice the diameter of the pump discharge pipe. <br /> d. On parcels #1 , #2, & #4 construct an individual sewage disposal <br /> system(s) under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> e.
