After consulting San Joaquin
County Community Development Division, it was found that this property was sub-divided by
Minor Subdivision Application i n 1992. Consequently, the new well must be 100 feet
from the leach lines of the adjacent mobile home per San Joaquin County Environmental Health
Division's Well Standards.
I have enclosed a copy of the 1992 Land Use application Plot Plan that shows the existing
mobile home and leach field location. This well must be moved 100 feet from the leach field or
repair the mobile home leach field to be 100 feet from the well.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to call me at (209)
468-3437.
MH:cf
A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services
