SU-00-4 AND DEVIATION NO. DV-00-2 OF <br /> RAYMOND VAZ(C/O MID-VALLEY ENGINEERING, INC.) <br /> The applicant, Raymond Vaz, has submitted the above referenced Major Subdivision <br /> and Deviation Application to subdivide a 68.26-acre parcel into six 10-acre parcels and <br /> one 9.76 acre parcel. The zoning at the project site is AL-10 therefore, a Deviation is <br /> required to create the proposed 9.76 acre parcel. The project site is located on the <br /> southwest corner of Magnolia Ave. and Campbell Rd., northeast of Escalon. <br /> This item is tentatively scheduled to be considered by the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission on September 7, 2000. The Community Development Department has <br /> reviewed the proposed Major Subdivision and Deviation and will be recommending that <br /> it be approved subject to the following recommended Conditions of Approval: <br /> Major Subdivision Application No. SU-00-4 was approved by the Planning <br /> Commission on . The effective date of approval is . This tentative map approval will <br /> expire on , which is three (3) years from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all <br /> Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a Final Map has been filed <br /> with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements <br /> shall be complied with prior to approval of the Final Map. Those Conditions followed <br /> by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to <br /> this application.
