Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must he performed prior to approval of parcel or final map as required by Section 9- <br /> 1 105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required <br /> and a review fee of$ 435.00 mast be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required lir each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (D13CP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the parcel or final map. Samples are to be taken <br /> and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development'1'itle, <br /> Section 9-1115.7). <br /> C.
