Anderson <br /> and Associates, Inc. dated May 30, 2000 and amendments dated December 14, 2001 and <br /> January 7 2002,which is now acceptable. <br /> The San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division will <br /> approve individual sewage disposal systems and water wells on the above referenced <br /> parcels 1 through 7 and are approximately 10-acre lots on Magnolia Avenue and <br /> Campbell Road, in Escalon, California. <br /> The installation of septic systems must be under permit, inspection, and approval by <br /> this Department. Systems must consist of a septic tank, leach field and seepage pits <br /> sized at the time of construction according to San Joaquin County standards. The <br /> permit fee is $320.00. Based on the percolation test, leach lines with sumps or pits <br /> will be required on the individual parcels at the time of development. <br /> The installation of water wells and pumps must be under application, permit, and <br /> inspection and approved by this Department. Wells are to have a minimum 100-foot <br /> grout seal and be installed according to San Joaquin County standards.
