One of the requirements we must satisfy is <br /> obtaining a letter from the local Health Authority stating the following: <br /> ➢ That individual wells will be permitted; <br /> ➢ That the water is potable; <br /> ➢ That septic tanks or other individual systems are the acceptable method of sewage <br /> disposal with wells on the size of lot proposed; <br /> ➢ That EACH AND EVERY lot is suitable for the installation of a septic tank or other <br /> individual system and a permit would be issued if, at the date of the letter, an <br /> application for a permit were made in compliance with local permit requirements <br /> Please send your letter to the undersigned at your earliest convenience.
