INTERVIEWS <br /> An attempt was made to obtain historical, as well as current information relative to the subject <br /> property from the property owner or key site manager of the property. The objective of the interview <br /> process is to obtain information indicating recognized environmental conditions in connection with <br /> the proposed project site. An Environmental Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was mailed <br /> to the property owner by NOA Environmental. The questionnaire had not been received by our office <br /> prior to the completion of this report. <br /> VII. SITE VISIT/ASSESSMENT <br /> ` A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted prior to the compilation of this report. <br /> A site map and photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site <br /> visit/assessment checklist is attached to this report as Appendix F. <br /> The subject property is located at 26534 E. Magnolia Avenue, Escalon, San Joaquin County, <br /> California. The subject property is currently one parcel. In the northeast corner of the subject <br /> property there is a house and a small barn-like structure which is used for horses. The remainder of <br /> the subject property is currently vacant land, although the ground has been recently turned in <br /> L conjunction with crop removal from the site and an irrigation ditch in the southwest corner. To the <br /> north of the subject property is Magnolia Avenue which is followed to the north by vacant land. To <br /> the west of the subject property is mixed use land. There is a mixture of single family residences and <br /> farm land. To the east of the subject property is Campbell Road which is followed to the east by <br /> agricultural land. To the south of the subject property are a few scattered homes and more <br /> agricultural land. <br /> No industrial processes with the potential to release lead into the environment were observed on the <br /> L <br /> subject property. No potential lead-containing commercial products were observed on the subject <br /> property. <br /> VIII. FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection <br /> L with the subject property. <br /> L XI.
