Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of final map or letter of approval indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to <br /> recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and run <br /> by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County rules and regulations. <br /> d. Demolition of all dilapidated structure (s) and removal of all <br /> demolition material from premises to an approved landfill <br /> site. <br /> e. On parcel one construct an individual sewage disposal <br /> system(s) under a permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> f.
