One septic repair permit was found on file for the address of 26222 Mahon Road, Escalon, California, at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD),on December 7,2005. The septic repair permit was issued to Nancy Van Weerdhuizen on December 15, 1999 for the installation of a 1,200 gallon septic tank with one, ^`� 90 foot leach line and stump. � o��0-4 Vicini Septic S stem Repair Permit Summary. The permits are attached. Water Sample Location One domestic well exists on the site. Two permits and a drillers report were found for the address of 26222 East Mahon Road.The first permit was issued by the San Joaquin EHD to Joe Joseph on August 24, 1976 for the installation of a new domestic well. On the same permit is a note indicating that,"the old well must be destroyed under permit.";no permit was found for this well destruction. The second permit was issued by the EHD to Joe Joseph on September 23, 1976 for the installation of a pump at 26222 East Mahon Avenue. The drillers report was recorded for the same owner at the same address on October 2, 1976 from the Department of Water Resources. The permit indicated that the depth completed for the new well was 190 feet and the depth to groundwater level was 65 feet. A water sample was taken by Ms. Nancy Rosulek on October 28,2005 from the spigot on the east side of the residence on Parcel one. Water Sample Constituents The water sample was analyzed for nitrate and DBCP.Nitrate was found at 61.7 mg/L-NO3,which is above the maximum contaminant level (MCL) set by the US EPA of 45 mg/1,NO3. DBCP was not detected in the water sample.
