Project Location and Adjoining Land Uses <br /> The project is located within the Mountain House community, which is located in the southwestern <br /> portion of San Joaquin County, approximately 3 '/2 miles west of the City of Tracy. The project <br /> consists of a Major Subdivision application (also referred to as "Tentative Map" or "proposed <br /> subdivision"). The project site is bounded by Byron Road on the northeast; Mountain House <br /> Parkway on the east; Central Parkway, the northern portion of the Community Commercial (C-C) <br /> site (In Specific Plan 1), and Central Community Park (the portion within Specific Plan 1) on the <br /> west; the residential portions of Neighborhood H on the northwest; and the residential portions of <br /> Neighborhood F on the south. <br /> Land Uses Adjoining the Town Center Tentative Map would be as follows: <br /> To the west: Lands to the west include Mountain House Creek and residential uses within <br /> Neighborhoods G and H of the Mountain House community. <br /> • To the south: Lands to the south include Neighborhood F. <br /> • To the east: Mountain House Parkway and agricultural lands are located to the east of the <br /> project. <br /> To the north: Byron Road and Neighborhood J are located to the north of the project. <br /> 1 <br />
