Roundabouts also can <br /> provide considerable safety benefits.An evaluation of motor vehicle crashes following the <br /> conversion of 23 intersections to roundabouts from either stop signs or traffic signals found that i <br /> crashes of all severities were reduced by 40 percent and injury crashes were reduced by 80 percent <br /> (Persaud et al., 2001). <br /> In summary, it is concluded that the proposed roadway is in substantial conformance with the 2008 <br /> Town Center Initial Study. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to provide these services for you.
