Ensure that a <br /> written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an <br /> inspection report. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 202 HSC 25189.5(a) Disposed or caused disposal of HW at an unauthorized point. <br /> A partially full aerosol can of brake cleaner with a broken actuator was observed in the yard behind the shop. Mr. <br /> Bongcaron stated that if aerosol cans cannot be fully used due to damage, they are thrown in the trash. No container <br /> was observed on site for the collection of waste aerosol cans. Hazardous wastes shall be disposed of only by <br /> transportation to a permitted hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facility (TSDF).
