Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged <br /> to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may <br /> be obtained from the Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required <br /> at the time of submittal. <br /> B.
