ORDINANCE NO. 4312 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAPS OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 9-105.6 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY BY RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF E. MAIN STREET, BETWEEN COOLIDGE AVENUE AND CARROLL AVENUE, STOCKTON (SECOND SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT), AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Joaquin, State of California, do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The Zoning Maps of the County of San Joaquin, as amended, is hereby further amended by reclassifying from R-L (Low Density Residential) to C-G (General Commercial), as shown on the attached Exhibit. SECTION 2. The Community Development Department Director shall revise the Zoning Map of the County of San Joaquin in accordance with Section 1 of this Ordinance. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof, shall be published once (1) in the Stockton Record, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of San Joaquin, State of California, with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against the same. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Joaquin, State of California, on this 12th day of December, 2006, by the following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: AYES: ORNELLAS, SIEGLOCK, MOW, GUTIERREZ, MARENCO NOES: NONE ABSENT: NONE DARIO L.
