BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA R-06- RESOLUTION APPROVING THIRD CYCLE GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FOR GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. PA-0500396 OF STANLEY POWERS AND GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. PA-0600437 OF STEVEN SANCHEZ WHEREAS, on August 3, 2006, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission considered General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-0500396 and Zone Reclassification No. PA- 0600073 of Stanley Powers; and on October 5, 2006 considered General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-0600437 and Zone Reclassification No. PA-0600438 of Steven Sanchez; and WHEREAS, on September 26, 2006, this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-0500396 and Zone Reclassification No. PA- 0600073; and on December 12, 2006, did conduct a public hearing on General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-0600437 and Zone Reclassification No. PA-0600438; notices of which hearings were given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matters, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that General Plan Amendment No. PA-0500396, and General Plan Amendment No. PA-0600437 be, and they hereby are, approved, with said approved General Plan Amendment applications attached hereto as Exhibit"A" and made a part of this Resolution. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12'" day of December, 2006 by the following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: DARIO L.
