MAIN STREET (APDL 159-082-11 & 12) PA-0500396 (GP) & PA-0600073 (ZR) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject pre-application and <br /> offers the following comment: <br /> 1. Upon further development, the owner/developer should improve Coolidge Avenue and <br /> Carroll Avenue within the limits of the project as needed to provide a 50' street section <br /> (25' half section). Full frontage improvements including, but not limited to, curb, gutter, <br /> sidewalk, driveway installation, pavement widening and street lighting should be <br /> installed prior to occupancy of any buildings/structures on this site. <br /> 2.
