Main Street, Stockton <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required (Ordinance Code Section 9- <br /> 10002). <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. <br /> C. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, <br /> Section 5-4207). <br /> d. Plumb the washing machine in the garage to the sewer line to correct the illegal <br /> discharge of waste water on top of the ground. <br /> e. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance 2887, Section 5-2400. <br /> 1 . Remove garbage from property weekly & store in approved containers. <br /> 2. Remove garbage from pit in front of property & fill with dirt. <br /> 3.
