ASSESSOR' S PARCEL NO. 159-083-11 <br /> In response to a request concerning future water service <br /> to the proposed development mentioned above , we offer the <br /> following comments : <br /> Service can be provided to three of the lots covered by <br /> the above mentioned parcel map from existing water main <br /> facilities . However , a 40 ' 50 ' main extension will be <br /> required to serve the southerly parcel . The costs for <br /> this extension would be borne by the developer and/or <br /> owner as outlined in Public Utilities Commission Extension <br /> Rule 15 (Main Extension Agreement ) .
