MS-92-128 OF <br /> ERNEST VASTI (C/O R.C. HERNANDEZ) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is to subdivide a 1. 67 acre parcel to create four <br /> lots ranging in size from 5, 835 square feet to 9 , 749 square feet, <br /> to be provided with public water supply by Cal Water, sewage <br /> disposal by the City of Stockton and terminal drainage. The site <br /> is located on the northwest corner of Dawes Avenue and Main <br /> Street in east Stockton. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to approval of <br /> the Parcel Map. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been <br /> identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified; and, <br /> other ordinance requirements may apply. <br /> This tentative map approval will expire three (3) years from the <br /> date of approval unless, (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and <br /> accepted by the Surveyor' s Division. <br /> 1 . COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Chandler <br /> Martin, 468-3190) <br /> a. All parcels shall have a minimum lot width of 50 feet, <br /> measured at the front yard setback line.
