MS-92-128 OF ERNEST VASTI (C/O R.C. HERNANDEZ) ----------------------------------------------------------------- The request is to subdivide a 1. 67 acre parcel to create four lots ranging in size from 5, 835 square feet to 9 , 749 square feet, to be provided with public water supply by Cal Water, sewage disposal by the City of Stockton and terminal drainage. The site is located on the northwest corner of Dawes Avenue and Main Street in east Stockton. The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and offers the following comments: Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to approval of the Parcel Map. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified; and, other ordinance requirements may apply. This tentative map approval will expire three (3) years from the date of approval unless, (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor' s Division. 1 .
