MS-92-128 <br /> OF ERNEST VASTI (C/O R.C. HERNANDEZ) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This Minor Subdivision Pre-Application proposes to divide a . 67 <br /> acre parcel into four parcels as follows: Parcel 1 = 7 , 386 square <br /> feet; Parcel 2 = 7 , 425 square feet; Parcels 3 and 4 = 7 , 002 square <br /> feet. This project is located in East Stockton at the intersection <br /> of Main Street and Dawes Avenue. The zoning is R1-U. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed Pre-Application No. <br /> MS-92-128 . In this review one development requirement was <br /> identified. The projected noise level along Main Street exceeds <br /> those permitted in res4 -�ential areas. The 65 db contour line <br /> extends 127 feet from the edge of Main Street. Because of this an <br /> acoustical study will need to be prepared and depending on the <br /> results of the study a noise attenuation wall might be required. <br /> Below are the conditions that will be proposed by the Development <br /> Services Division in the event that a full application is prossed. <br /> a. The minimum parcel size shall be 6000 square feet. <br /> b. The minimum parcel width for Parcel 1 is 65 feet. <br /> C. The minimum parcel width for Parcels 2 , 3 , and 4 is 60 feet. <br /> d.
