` �✓ `/Phase I Environmental Site Assessment East Main Street,Stockton,Califomia December 10,2004 Page 10 4.2.2 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES)had five Hazardous Materials Management Plans and/or Chemical Inventories for five governmental database locations located within 1/4 mile of the Site. • 200 N. Wagner (150 N. Sinclair) is the location of Marley Cooling Technologies that has a ` restricted access chemical inventory. • 1030 S. Olive Avenue is the location of the Quik Stop Market #76 that has the following chemical inventory: carbon dioxide,regular unleaded gasoline,and premium unleaded gasoline. • 3440 E. Main Street is the location of Main St. Beacon that has the following chemical inventory: gasoline. • 4010 E. Main Street is the location of the Stockton Fire Station #12 that has the following chemical inventory: diesel. • 4075 E. Main street is the location of JAMAR Service that has the following chemical inventory: gasoline. i 4.2.3 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office The names of the owners, lessees, and locations of the Site properties were submitted to the San Joaquin ` County Agricultural Commissioner's Office (SJCACO), and the non-confidential portions of their files were researched. Restricted Materials Permits and Pesticide Use Reports provided by SJCACO revealed ?� pesticides have been used on two of the four Site properties within the last five years. The SJCACO maintains Restricted Materials Permits and Pesticide Use Reports for only five years. Thus, it is possible pesticides have been applied to the Site for a longer period of time. Restricted Materials Permits and Pesticide Use Reports are designated by geographic location and user's name. If the user's name is not identified correctly, Restricted Materials Permits and Pesticide Use Reports are often unattainable. When a user has multiple crops and locations, all of the restricted materials are consolidated on a single permit. No Restricted Materials Permits and Pesticide Use Reports were issued to Long Lo (former lessee for APN 173-210-04). The chemicals identified in the Restricted Materials Permits and Pesticide Use Reports for ATN 173-210-05, which is leased by Mr. Angelo Crmeo, are listed in Table 1, on the following page. Copies of the Restricted Materials Permits and Pesticide Use Reports are located in Appendix C. It must be noted that all of the chemicals listed on the following page may not have been applied to these ` particular properties.
