Box 4057 <br />Stockton, CA 95204 <br />REQUEST FOR SANITARY SEWER SERVICE FOR 4400 GUERNSEY AVENUE <br />(APN 173-210-13) SOLARI RANCH, PHASE 2 (REVISED) <br />In response to your letter received December 2, 2020, copy attached, City staff from the <br />Community Development and Municipal Utilities Departments have reviewed your <br />request for sanitary sewer service to the subject property, which is located outside the <br />City limits of the City of Stockton. Review by the Community Development Department <br />is limited to General Plan conformity and participation in Areas of Benefit and <br />Community Facilities District 90-1. The following information is provided as result of that <br />review: <br />Community Development Department <br />The Community Development Department has determined that the site does conform to <br />the City of Stockton's General Plan. <br />The property owner shall sign a Conditional Utility Service Agreement for future <br />annexation to the City of Stockton on demand by the City. <br />Municipal Utilities Department — Sanitary Sewer <br />The subject parcel is currently not served by the City sanitary sewer collection system. <br />There is adequate capacity available in Sanitary Sewer Collection System No. 6 to <br />serve the proposed project (Solari Ranch, Phase 2) at this time. The point of connection <br />is the existing sanitary sewer stub on Miwuk Village Drive. <br />Local Agency Formation Commission of San Joaquin County <br />All applications outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries are subject to Local Agency Stock#an <br />Formation Commission of San Joaquin County (LAFCO) review, fees and approval. <br />LAFCO approval is required prior to the City of Stockton approval. 11111 <br />2004 <br />1999 <br />
