Development Title Section 9-310.3(b)(2) <br /> permits lot size averaging and Development Title Section 9-310.4(a)(1) permits lot width <br /> averaging. This application meets these criteria. The new proposed Condition of <br /> Approval 1 C reflects the lot size and width averaging. <br /> 1c. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to <br /> this map: <br /> (1) All a G816 shall have a MiRiMUM lot width of 60 foo{ measured a r1'StaRAe of 0/l feet <br /> bank from the fFeRt let line. (Development Title Section 9 310.4) <br /> (2) All parGe'S shall have a MiRiMUM lot area of 6,000 6quaFe feet. (DevelopmeRt Title <br /> Section 9 310:3) <br /> (1) The average lot size for all lots shall be equal to or greater than 6.000 square feet <br /> but not below 5,000 square feet (Development Title Section 9-310.3(b)(11) <br /> (2) The average lot width for all lots shall be equal to or greater than 60 feet but not <br /> below 50 feet, measured a distance of 20 feet back from the front lot line. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-310.4(a)I11) <br />
