This development is subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency <br /> Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project).An application requesting the <br /> reapportionment of the unpaid portion of the assessment, along with payment of the reapportionment <br /> fee, shall be provided prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> x. The applicant/developer shall pay a fair share for the installation of a traffic signal at the intersection <br /> of Main Street and State Route 99 northbound off-ramp prior to approval of the Final Map. The fair <br /> share amounts to$29,500.00. <br /> y. The applicant/developer shall pay a fair share for the widening of Del Mar Avenue at the intersection <br /> of Main Street to provide for one left-turn lane and one right-turn lane, prior to approval of the <br /> Improvement Plans. The fair share amounts to$9,593.00. <br /> z. The applicanUdeveloper shall dedicate adequate right-of-way to provide for one left-turn land and <br /> one right-turn lane on Del Mar Avenue and shall be shown on the Final Map. <br /> aa. As required by the City of Stockton, the owners, developers, and/or successors-in-interest shall <br /> participate in the East Main Sewer System#6 Area of Benefit. <br /> bb. The applicant/developer shall submit a Notice of Intent to comply with the State's construction <br /> general permit to the State Water Resources Control Board, develop a project Storm Water <br /> Prevention Pollution Plan, and design permanent water quality measures in accordance with the <br /> County's Storm Water Quality Control Criteria Plan prior to any construction. <br /> NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one acre of soil shall require a <br /> State NPDES construction permit. <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Michael Escotto, [209]468-3443) <br /> a. Environmental Health requires connection to an approved public water supply system. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1100.3) In addition, a letter from the water supplier will be required which states that <br /> they have the capacity to serve the development and that the system meets State standards prior to <br /> recording the final map(Development Title Section 9-1100.2). <br /> b. Written confirmation is required from Public Works that improvements have been constructed or <br /> financial arrangements have been made for any improvements for public sewer required by the <br /> agency. In addition, written confirmation from Public Works that the agency has or will have the <br /> sewer capacity to serve the development is also required. (Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> c. Environmental Health requires the applicant to open, pump,and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, <br /> or excavation under permit and inspection by Environmental Health. (Development Title Sections 9- <br /> 1110.3 and 9.1110.4) <br /> d. Environmental Health requires that any abandoned well be destroyed under permit and inspection by <br /> Environmental Health.
