These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. Any future development on either of these 2 parcels shall be public sewer and public <br /> water. At the time of development, the septic tanks and wells will be destroyed tinder <br /> pennit and inspection from Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. Put current septic systems and wells on revised plan. <br /> C. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported <br /> to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section <br /> 5-2400. <br /> d.
