Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated November 15, 2004 was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to a Final Map, an addendum shall be submitted to the Environmental <br /> Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. Written Confirmation is required from Public Works Department that improvements have <br /> been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements for public <br /> sewer required by the agency. In addition,written confirmation from the Public Works <br /> Department that the agency has or will have the sewer capacity to serve the development is <br /> also required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br /> C. A letter from the water supplier will be required stating that they have the capacity to serve <br /> the development and that the system meets State standards prior to recording the final map <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br /> D. The applicant shall provide the Environmental Health Department written documentation that <br /> the potential hazardous materials (oil drums, above ground tanks, etc.)mentioned in the <br /> Surface Subsurface contamination report shall be properly disposed of in accordance with <br /> California State Laws prior to Final Map approval. <br /> E. Open,pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department prior to Final Map approval. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department as required prior to Final Map approval.
