The applicant shall provide Environmental Health written documentation that the potential <br /> hazardous materials (oil drums, above ground tanks, etc.) mentioned in the Surface and <br /> Subsurface contamination report shall be properly disposed of in accordance with California State <br /> laws prior to Final Map approval. <br /> e. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or excavation under permit and inspection <br /> by Environmental Health prior to Final Map approval.
