d. A Preliminary Soils Report is required in accordance with County Standards for the purpose of determining the R-Value for the design of the roads. (Development Title Section 9-910.2) e. Water meters shall be installed on all water services. (Board of Supervisors Order B-91-650) f. All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, Caltrans Traffic Manual, and/or San Joaquin County Standards and shall be shown on the improvement plans.
